ARE THERE ANY SERVICES NOT COVERED BY THE PROGRAM?
My goal is for Home Improvement Concierge to help as many clients as possible. The program is intentionally flexible; I’ve developed Home Improvement Concierge to be used with most vendors for your convenience.
WHAT COSTS ARE ASSOCIATED WITH Home improvement concierge?
You’ll pay once one of the following takes place (whichever occurs first):
1. Your home sells.
2. You terminate your agreement with eXp Realty.
3. 12 months pass from your Home Improvement Concierge start date.
You will only be required to pay the cost of the Home Improvement Concierge funds spent and nothing more. There is no added cost for participating or interest owed.
