I specialize in the sale of residential real estate in the San Francisco Bay Area, Orange County, and Los Angeles. My experience comprises the entire spectrum of residential real estate, including condos and townhomes, single family homes, and multi-unit investment properties. I am a Bay Area native and split my time between The Bay Area and Orange County. I have sold real estate in both areas, which gives me unsurpassed knowledge of each local market, enabling me to offer invaluable insight to my clients.
I graduated from UC Irvine, where I earned a bachelor’s of science in Sociology and International Studies with an emphasis in Business and Marketing. My background in marketing and natural business acumen have played a fundamental role in my success. Using a combination of social media, digital and print marketing and my extensive network, I know how to get maximum exposure for my listings, resulting in my clients receiving multiple offers and superior pricing and terms.
Over the years, I have built a team that consists of the best in the industry, allowing me to give my clients world-class service in every transaction I close. I have worked with buyers and sellers with a variety of needs, from first-time homebuyers shopping for their starter home to experienced investors looking for profitable opportunities. Through my experience, I have successfully advised my clients on the smartest investment decisions regarding which homes to purchase, when to sell and what improvements to make in anticipation of selling to maximize the property’s value. My clients appreciate my honesty and business sense, which explains why my business has grown mostly from referrals and repeat clients. I reside in both San Francisco and Orange County. I enjoy exploring new restaurants, hiking the beautiful trails that California has to offer, and attending local events with friends and family. In my free time, I love traveling the world and immersing myself in different cultures and meeting new people along the way.
