Seller consultation

Everything starts with understanding - understanding your goals, your timeline, and of course, your property. This begins with a visit to your home to tour your property. Through this, I will determine if your home is ready to go to market or suggest what can be done to increase its value. I will also advise you on the most opportune time to list your home based on current market conditions. 

Preparation

I’ve worked with homes in all different stages. Some homes need just a little decluttering and a fresh coat of paint, while other homes may require a little more attention. I will guide you through the entire process of how to prepare your home for sale. Because I also work with buyers, I know what color combinations, finishes, and improvements will attract buyers most and yield the highest returns.

For my busy clients, I can offer a full-service experience, where my team and I will take on every detail of the preparation process, including moving, cleaning, preparation, design, and construction. DESIGN SERVICES

One of the reasons I chose a career in real estate was because of my love for interior design. I love helping my clients beautify their home and always look forward to seeing the final product. This begins with me doing a walk-through of your property, then sitting down with you to share ideas on how to highlight the different features of your home given our budget. We then make a decision together on how to execute our plan and discuss a timeline that works for you.

Pricing

Determining the list price for a home is something of an art. There are many factors to consider, such as the availability of inventory, interest rates, the time of year, and what's currently on the market. It’s important that we list your home at the right price from the very beginning, as this is when your home will get the most visibility. Before listing any property, I will run a Comparative Market Analysis showing similar homes that have recently sold in the area. After reviewing this data and making an assessment of your property's location, features, and all market conditions, I will recommend the best list price for your property.

Marketing a property for sale today isn't as simple as just putting up a sign and listing it on the MLS. We live in a tech-driven world, where buyers want to preview a home online before make the time to visit the property. I have a dedicated marketing team that uses a combination of online, social media, and digital and print marketing to get your home maximum exposure. In addition, I have an extensive network of buyers and agents, whom I will call and email to let them know about your listing. My goal is to get as many buyers into your home as possible so that you have multiple offers to choose from. 

I also have a strong presence on social media, where I market all of my listings to thousands of people. I’ve been recognized for my social media presence on many occasions.
